1. Promoter
The promoter is Morgaia Skincare Australia (“Morgaia”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Morgaia and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry Period
- Entries open on the 1st day of each month at 12:00 AM (AEST).
- Entries close on the last day of each month at 11:59 PM (AEST).
- Morgaia will announce winners by the 7th of the following month.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Visit morgaia.com/tester-near-you to find a tester near you.
- Take a fun photo with your hand cream.
- Tell us what brings zest into your life!
#BringZestIntoYourLife - Tag @morgaia.glow on Instagram.
- Follow us and you are in the draw!
5. Nature of the Competition
- This giveaway is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
- Each valid entry will be individually judged based on creativity, originality, and positivity in line with the theme “Bring Zest into Your Life.”
- Incomplete, indecipherable, or offensive entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Prize Details
- Each month, 30 winners will each receive one (1) Morgaia Zesty Glow Revitalize Hand Cream (50 mL).
- Total monthly prize pool value is $900 AUD.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Prizes must be collected from an approved Morgaia Tester Location or specified by Morgaia.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
- The Morgaia team will select winners based on creativity and originality.
- Judging will take place within 7 days after the competition closes each month.
- Morgaia notifies winners by direct message through Instagram, Facebook, or email.
- If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Morgaia may select an alternative winner.
8. Publication of Winners
- Morgaia may publish winners’ names, entries, and/or photos on its website and official social media accounts.
- By entering, participants grant Morgaia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their name, entry text, and/or submitted photo for promotional purposes, with credit given.
9. Personal Information and Privacy
- Morgaia collects entrants’ personal information solely to administer this competition.
- Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal data by contacting Morgaia directly.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Morgaia is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
- Morgaia accepts no responsibility for any technical malfunction, error, or delay related to entry submissions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgaia is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in this competition or accepting any prize.
11. Product Disclaimer
- Morgaia products are cosmetic skincare products, not medical treatments.
- They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
- Always patch-test before use and discontinue if irritation occurs.
- Prizes are provided for personal use only.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
- Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Morgaia, not to Instagram or Facebook.
13. General Conditions
- Morgaia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
- Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- All decisions by Morgaia are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
